Experiment 2/3 Aden Walsh

With what I did with my lamp for Experiment 2, I wanted it to look like a mini Lighthouse than you could hold and get a good amount of light, here is the process of the lamp:

So with my prototype for this design, I found out while making it that I was going to put the LED strip light around the inside of the top of the light, I wanted the strip to be like a crescent going around 1 half of the hole in the middle of the top of the design, so the light would shine brighter and shine in one way away from the holder.  

Once the final product was cut with the laser cutter then glued together, I realised that the glue added to the lighthouse aesthetic being old and weather beat. I put them both together and was really happy with the result.

Once I had soldered the strip and switch together I tried it and was really happy with how my vision turned out, the light flooding out from one side with high intensity like a light house would, the one thing I would've liked to changed was where the switch is placed as its kind of just hanging there but other than that, I think with what I wanted with this design turned out really well.
